One of our favourite venues in London is about to host a series of not-to-be-missed bespoke gigs, and we just had to share it with you.
Summer at the Roundhouse is a collection of one-off music and cultural events taking place just north of Camden Town. Shame of us for not realising that this series was now in its fifth year! If you culture vultures and experienced Londonites are looking for something with a little twist the line-up of events will definitely have you booking.
To tie it all together there’s also a new art installation a floor-to-ceiling piece made up of 5,600 silicon rods suspended in the main space (read= instant Instagram photo).
For the full eclectic line-up head to here. We’re going to be listening to the Mercury Music Prize-nominated debut album from Eska on 18 August. For those of you that haven’t heard she’s a mix of reggae, jazz/soul and electronica. And then we’ll be stepping back into the classics with the London Contemporary Orchestra.
Tickets are reasonable from £6 for the BBC promos to £20 for Dan Deacon.
