I once had a dream that you could buy designer condoms, imagine getting in on, reaching in your wallet for your Gucci prophylactic. Stupid right? Dreams alas are just that, dreams. The Cool Hunter recently ran this McFancy design idea on their site. If they ever released these, I’d hunt through rubbish bins like a common freegan to get hold of the awesome packaging.

A little bit of that McDonalds magic died for me the day that they decided to go all ‘healthy’ and redesign their outlets. Gone are the mushroom toadstools of old, the bright garish colours, the Da Vinci esque mosaics all to be replaced with what? A couple of funky green and terra-cotta chairs and wifi access. Sad times.

I say bring back the McDonalds that I remember in my childhood, a time when obesity wasn’t a pandemic it just meant you were a greedy fat kid.
