R1 Ryders At The Big Chill

On Saturday night we were lucky enough to be invited down to The Players Ball at the Big Chill in Kings Cross. We were particularly keen to hear to new sounds of R1 Ryders. Comprising of Skeelo on vocals and DJ Karnak on beats, it was a funky mixture of reggaeton, dubstep and carnival music all laid down on a pumping track. We hadn’t heard anything like it before and were left thinking that we had just heard the new definitive sound of the Summer. The crowd was loving it and it was an all round great night.

We will be keeping a keen eye on these guys in the coming months.
