Pocket Sized VICE

Words by Tom.

Arriving on our doorstep this week was the new DOs & DON’Ts’ book from the good people at VICE magazine. For those unfamiliar with the format, the regular VICE column features photos of the weird, wonderful and downright disgusting people of the world with hilarious captions loosely veiled as fashion advice. With 400 new DOs and DON’Ts it’ll keep you chuckling for a good while to come. Just hope you don’t find you find yourself appearing on the wrong side of the page!

Words spew like daggers from this pocket-sized hardback, but with a front cover of a woman’s head crowning from a carpet vagina, we should have expected as much. Books like these live for the bookrack in the spare toilet, the coffee table (if you’re that way inclined) or a rolling tray (see picture). Enjoying brief flurries of excitement every time it is found, lost and subsequently re-found again, lurking on your flatmate’s desk.

With change, albeit a penny from a £10 pound note, it looks like this vile little book will be winging its way to a Secret Santa near you in a few months. But if that’s a little too dear for you, enter our competition on Facebook and we’ll send you a FREE copy if you get lucky.
